How often are new products released?

New products are released every Friday at 9am cst. 

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is $5 for order weighing less than 1 pound and $8.00 for orders weighing 1 pound or more. 

What are your business hours?

Our business hours are Monday-Friday 9am to 5pm cst. We are closed on weekends and holidays.

What is your shipping turn around time?

Orders ship within 72 business hours. 

How do I sync inventory from Kellan & Co to my website?

We use an app called Synclogic. It can be accessed in the Shopify app store. You will need to download the app, then send an email to shopkellanandco@gmail.com with the subject line "Synclogic connection request."

We will respond within 24 hours with a code to enter in your Synclogic app to create a connection to our inventory. If you would like help setting up Synclogic, please send an email to contact@kellanandco.com

How do I cancel my membership?

To cancel your subscription please do so by going to your recurring charges in paypal and clicking "cancel." Your membership will remain active until the end of the billing cycle for which you have already paid.

We will not refund any portion of a membership fee that has already been paid.

How can I contact Kellan & Co if I have a question?
You can email us at contact@kellanandco.com. If you are inquiring about an order, please include the order number in your email. Please allow up to 24 business hours for a response. Our business hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm cst. We are closed on weekends and holidays. 

 

Kellan & Co membership details

  • Samples are released every Monday at 12pm cst. These items are available for you to purchase until Wednesday at 12pm cst.

 

  • Samples are for the new release on Friday of the following week (10 days from sample release)

 

 

  • You may only purchase 1 of each item in the samples. They are intended for you to see items in person and take your own photos or do a live sale for your customers when they release for full purchase on the website.

 

  •  We release 10-12 new items weekly. We try and release as many items in full runs from S-3XL as we can.

 

 

  • All items show our suggested retail price. When you add the item to your cart, it will automatically discount it 50% off the retail price.

 

  • If you do not sync our items to your website, you can take pictures and descriptions from our site and post them to your website, Facebook group, or anywhere else you sell.

 

 

  • If you sync our items to your website, our full inventory of items will be synced, and current quantities of each item/size will show to your customers.

 

  • If you do not use the 2 way sync option, when a customer orders from you, you will need to log in to your account on our website (kellanandco.com), add the item(s) to your cart and change the ship to address to whoever the item(s) are going to.

 

 

  • You can choose to ship items directly to your customer or have them shipped to yourself for local pick up. All items are shipped from “warehouse” with our warehouse address.

 

  • All orders under 1-pound ship for $5 and all orders 1 pound or more ship for $8. We cannot combine orders that have already been paid for.

 

 

 

  • We do not accept returns on non-damaged items. If you or your customer receives a damaged item, please email us a picture of the damage along with the item number to kcocustomerservice@gmail.com. If a replacement is available, it will be sent out to the original shipping address. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the cost of the item to the original payment account on the order.
